Medals are relatively rare but a significant resource in Forge of Empires. They are used to unlock extra expansions for your city, and the costs increase steeply. The last expansion (as of the time this guide was written) costs 580,000 medals.
As for all great buildings a single lane is sufficient. With its 3×3 footprint, the Oracle of Delphi is one of the smallest great buildings in Forge of Empires.
