Sorry if this is an annoying question if you love FC6. It falls "flat" in comparison to past games in the Far Cry series. While the Story itself is decent , actual gameplay and content is not enough to satisfy. and , as mentioned , the game finds itself empty after going through the Story. at least , that was my feeling. It's too much of a Just Cause game, not a Far Cry. I find the gureillas & both Danis annoying along with the cartoon AAA fire meant to restrict the map. There's other game mechanics that spoilt it for me but that's for another post. The only thing I like is the map which Ubi is no doubt very good at crafting. I think Far Cry is the most generic of all the Ubisoft open worlds. FC 6 is a good game, it's fun to play, it looks gorgeous and the animations are phenomenal, very few developers have enough resources to create something on that scale, with tens of thousands of various assets and thousands of different animations, especially for all the animals.
Far Cry 6 is VASTLY different in feel from 5. I enjoyed it a lot, but if you go into it expecting it to be like FC5 then you will be disappointed. The gameplay retains elements from New Dawn which can be a hit or miss, I dealt with it by focusing only on headshots. HostageInToronto • 6 days ago.
Overall, "Far Cry 6" is not a bad game by any means, and at most part its a pretty good one. There are few great things about it, some OK ones, but mostly its boring and predictable. If you played any of previous instalments, you already played part 6.
Worst: So Short: Too much of a good thing can be bad. I know. I love tropical settings in Far Cry games. Far Cry 6’s next-gen beaches and jungles are the best the series has ever had.
